Perfect for anyone starting out or looking to improve their skills, this workshop is all about creating your very own soft lampshade. Whether you’re new to sewing (with just the basics under your belt) or have some experience, you’ll fit right in.

Feel free to bring a lampshade you want to revamp, or pick one from my collection of frames ready for a makeover.

We’ll spend our time at the charming Victoria Works Studios in Chalford, full of character and history. Check out victoriaworksstudios.co.uk for more information on the location.

Dates: Mon 25th to Tues 26th March 2024

Workshop schedule: 09:30 to 16:30 both days with a half-hour lunch break. (Refreshments provided throughout).

Fee: £150

What to bring:

Fabric scissors, Pins, 1 metre of your choice of fabric, 1 metre of lining fabric (We can suggest some options if needed), Frame (an empire shape is great for starters), Lunch.

Lining: £7.50 per half metre
